Wow, we have been waiting for this day for what seems like forever!! Weeks of hard work through a freezing cold winter have finally paid off 🙂
Time to get the solar panels up which means some serious welding to make a new arch capable of taking 400w of solar. Its quite a challenge on our boat due to the design and budget.
Matt talks about our anti-foul choices and how we are dealing with the Osmosis problem.
A special Easter treat as a fellow sailor invited Matt onboard for Roast Lamb boat style 🙂
It’s getting closer!! We can almost smell the salt water now 🙂
We continue the refit on our old Trident Warrior 38 sailing boat. We fit new tru design sea cocks, finish some work on our interior sanding, get the new seal on our diesel tank cut, Emma gets and acid burn and Matt starts looking at new 12v electrical wiring!
The refit of the new CREO continues with a swag of new bits for the boat arriving and Matt manages to fill the bilge with diesel!!
Welcome to Matt’s school of seacocks!
We finally have the keys to the new CREO!!
Finally we have found the new CREO or CREO 2.0!
And the winner is…. well you will have to watch the video 🙂
We have our offer accepted and Matt travels to meet the surveyor and find out if there is anything that we should know about this boat before we buy her.
After the survey and some advice from a few other people we go back and negotiate again with the seller and finally we have a deal!!
Watch out for a live Q&A next week where we will answer any questions you might have 🙂
